Teresa is a native Nashvillian.  She grew up in southern Davidson County.  She has a history in basic accounting and bookkeeping.  Keeping books for up to four companies at once while also securing employee benefits, outsourcing programs, purchasing raw fresh produce from around the North American Continent and purchasing office supplies and equipment.  She has developed handbooks, forms and procedures for companies by listening to their needs and requirements.  These hav been used by companies for over 20 years.  Teresa has had the privilege of being a company spokesperson, performing both live and recorded commercials on WSMV-TV and WTVF-TV as well as cooking on "Talk of the Town" for 3 years.

Teresa has the listening skills and the drive to successfully hellp her clients find the new property that meets their heart's desire.  She is dedicated to placing her client's concerns ahead of her own.  She knows that the ony way to develop long-term client relationships and arning referrals is by proving she is a person of integrity and living up to her reputation of following through each transaction from start to finish.

Teresa is looking forward to helping her client's sell existing properties and/or helping them find a new property that meets their needs.  She will strive to provide top quality service in every aspect while using her communication skills to keep her client's well informed and their property promoted. She seeks continued education to stay on top of the latest trends and laws to better serve her clients.
